How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually delivered within 2–5 business days, depending on your location in Romania.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes. You can pay directly to the courier when your order arrives.

What happens if I am not home during delivery?

The courier will contact you to arrange another delivery attempt or pickup option.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. If the package has not been shipped yet, we can cancel it.
